Important: These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LANMERG. They include limitations of liability and rules for resolving disputes. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rossy Android application, related features, content, customer support, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by LANMERG (“Rossy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a digital item, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Standards. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
Adults only
- You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live.
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and may not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- You may not use Rossy if your account was previously permanently removed for serious safety misconduct, unless we expressly authorize your return in writing.
- You must provide truthful age and eligibility information. We may use reasonable age assurance or verification measures.
Your account and device
Rossy may create or recognize an account using a User ID, device-linked identifier, login credential, or another supported method. You may choose a nickname and avatar, but you may not impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use content that violates these Terms.
- Keep your device and credentials secure and do not sell, share, lease, or transfer account access.
- You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Keep contact and profile information reasonably accurate.

Rules for using Rossy
Use Rossy lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended social communication features. The following conduct and content are prohibited:
You may not encourage, coordinate, request, or assist another person in violating these rules.
What you share
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to upload or transmit it and that it complies with these Terms.
You grant LANMERG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, adapt for technical formatting, display to intended recipients, and moderate your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, legal, safety, and enforcement retention.
You understand that other users control their own devices and may capture content despite our rules. Do not share information or media you are not comfortable entrusting to the recipient.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Rossy provides tools to report users or content and to block users. Use them honestly and do not submit knowingly false reports. We may use automated signals and human review to detect, investigate, prioritize, and act on violations.
- We may remove content; limit visibility or features; issue warnings; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; and report conduct to authorities or child protection bodies where appropriate.
- We may act without prior notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, preserve evidence, comply with law, or protect the Service.
- Moderation is not perfect. You remain responsible for your interactions and should stop contact and report conduct that feels unsafe.
- Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
Digital items and subscriptions
Rossy may offer virtual coins, call time, subscriptions, or other digital features. Purchases made through the Android app are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms.
- Prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date.
- Virtual items are licensed, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be sold or transferred outside features we expressly provide.
- Except where required by law or Google Play policy, completed purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests may need to be submitted through Google Play.
- Deleting Rossy or your Rossy account does not by itself cancel an active Google Play subscription.
We may correct pricing or entitlement errors and take action against chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or unauthorized purchases.
Our application and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, LANMERG grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rossy for lawful personal use. Rossy, its software, visual design, trademarks, text, and other materials are owned by LANMERG or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits and does not allow restriction.
Information and permissions
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information. It is separate from these Terms. Android permission prompts and other prominent disclosures may provide additional details for specific data uses.
Ending use of Rossy
You may stop using Rossy at any time and may request permanent account deletion in the app or through the external deletion page.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to users or the Service, expose us or others to legal liability, or if we discontinue Rossy. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Serious child safety, exploitation, violence, fraud, or security violations may result in immediate permanent removal.
Sections that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, retained licenses, enforcement records, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and payment obligations—remain in effect.
The Service is provided “as is”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rossy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation; that every user is who they claim to be; or that user content is accurate, lawful, or safe.
We do not conduct universal identity or criminal-background checks. Exercise judgment, protect personal information, and use reporting and blocking tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LANMERG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Rossy during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify LANMERG against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own misconduct.
Governing law and resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact techlanmerg@gmail.com with a description of the issue so both sides can attempt good-faith resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LANMERG's provision of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires another process. Nothing here restricts non-waivable rights or access to regulators and small-claims procedures.
Updates to Rossy or these Terms
We may modify features, discontinue parts of the Service, or update these Terms for legal, safety, operational, or product reasons. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree to a material update, stop using Rossy and delete your account before the update takes effect.
